UNICOM has custom-developed an online regulatory training course for Toyota Motor Finance (China) Co., Ltd., focusing on financial and auto finance regulatory policies in China. The course transforms dry legal provisions into vivid case studies, using cartoon scenario dialogues and interactive exercises to help employees easily grasp core legal knowledge.
The course adheres to the SCORM standard, ensuring compatibility with Toyota Finance’s proprietary learning platform. It also supports learning data tracking and periodic report generation, enabling the company to monitor training effectiveness efficiently.
“Using scenario-based teaching to address the abstract nature of regulations is the core design principle of this course,” stated the project lead at Youkang Wanwei. This collaboration once again demonstrates the company’s expertise in instructional design for corporate compliance training.
